The emphasis in the Rental Property Calculator isspeed. When you are looking at a rental property as a potentialinvestment, you don't have a lot of time and you're constantlybeing distracted. You don't need a free app with advertisingcreating yet another distraction. You don't need to be jumping backand forth between applications to do different parts of thecalculations you require. As soon as you enter a purchase price foryour rental property, the app will populate the rest of the fieldsmaking a number of assumptions and giving you a rough estimate forhow good of an investment this is. You can then override any ofthese assumptions to get more accurate figures.
